According to !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , Tesla will introduce an AWD Model S next year. Tesla is working on an all-wheel drive platform for the upcoming Model X SUV, and offering an AWD Model S will allow them to develop their all-wheel drive system.

As much as the current one is good, I like AWD assurance sometimes.

The Mercedes SLS Electric Drive is AWD. Also, while not exclusively electric, the Porsche 918 has electric motors at all four corners.
